By accessing or using Indie Masterminds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Indie Masterminds is a productivity tracking platform designed for the Indie Masterminds community. The Service allows users to track their daily work progress, maintain productivity streaks, share accomplishments with the community, and stay accountable to their goals. Features include task management, streak tracking, community feed, achievements, focus timer, and project organization.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including tasks, project descriptions, and profile information. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to submit User Content that:

5. Community Guidelines
Indie Masterminds is built on the values of our community. Users are expected to:
- Be respectful and supportive of other community members
- Provide genuine and honest updates about their work
- Engage constructively with others' progress and achievements
- Not manipulate streak data or game the achievement system
- Report any abusive behavior or content violations
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Indie Masterminds and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including streak data, that may occur due to technical issues or service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIE MASTERMINDS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
